GrowPerform is the trading name of Stream International Consulting Ltd. We run growperform.co. This page explains what personal information the site collects, what we do with it, and the choices you have. For anything not answered here, email info@growperform.co.
What we collect, and why
The contact form. If you submit it, we receive your name, email address, and message, and we use them to reply to you. Submissions are stored by the platform the site runs on, and a notification arrives in our email.
Booking a call. Bookings run through cal.eu, which asks for your name and email so the call can be scheduled and the calendar invite sent to us both. The invite includes a video-meeting link, so our video provider also processes your name, email address, and the call itself.
Emailing us. If you write to info@growperform.co, your message and our replies sit in our mailbox like any normal correspondence.
Visiting the site. Our website platform sets cookies to run the site and to give us visit statistics, which we see in aggregated form. We do not use your browsing data for advertising.
What we don't do
We don't sell or share your details for marketing, and we don't add you to any mailing list you didn't ask for. Your information is handled by our website platform, our email provider, and cal.eu, the tool we use for scheduling. They may store data on servers outside the UK and Europe, using the transfer safeguards UK data-protection law requires.
How long we keep things
Enquiries and correspondence are kept while the conversation is live, then for up to 12 months in case it picks back up. If we end up working together, records connected to that engagement are kept as long as law and accounting require.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@growperform.co and we'll respond within a month. We'll delete what you ask us to unless something has to be kept for a legal or accounting reason, in which case we'll tell you what and why. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to your data-protection regulator; in the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes to this policy
If the way the site handles data changes, for example if we add a new tool, we update this page, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
